What was an inadequate bathroom was transformed into a fully accessible, mobility friendly wet room that incorporated some elements of the existing suite for familiarity purposes. Managed by the customers Daughter, who took responsibility for the co-ordination, the only thing Dr Hunter had to worry about was picking her products and finishing touches.

An existing mobility wet room that we had installed 6 years previous by titivating the separate WC and relocating fixtures into the main house bathroom no longer met the wants and needs of the user who wanted a more stylish looking wet floor shower solution.

A bespoke design that used the natural available space to create a larger than life, purpose built, wet room meant the once unsafe and unmanageable shower room was transformed into safe and accessible solution, with as least disruption as possible to other key fixtures & fittings.

Using a number of design tricks the existing shower room was totally transformed from a cramped and inadequately accessible shower room into a totally future proofed stylish & accessible wet floor shower solution. As a result of completely turning the room on its head by changing the layout and relocating all key fixtures and fittings the refurbished wet floor was a stylish, clean, fully accessible and an overall safer space to bathe.
