He was very friendly, a good conversationalist, and when he finished he explained the functions of the shower pump. The quality of his work is above and beyond. The room looks like a 5 star hotel! I am impressed.

He was even singing as he worked, I could not help but join in! I told him to audition for xfactor we had a laugh about it. What a great guy and a credit to your company.
